About PRBAA

The Puerto Rico Business Aviation Association unites the island’s business aviation community around four core pillars: Networking, Safety & Advocacy, Education & Workforce Development, and Growth & Giving Back.

Our Vision

To bridge capital, infrastructure, and aspiring talent in Puerto Rico—transforming Act 60 donations into accessible aviation education, sustainable workforce initiatives, and a unified business aviation network.

Our Mission

PRBAA is building a more connected, collaborative business-aviation community in Puerto Rico through networking, advocacy, education, workforce development, events, safety resources, and emerging-mobility initiatives. We serve aviation professionals and workforce alongside flight departments, operators, and industry partners — helping each audience find community, resources, and opportunity across Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.

The Four Pillars of PRBAA

The community’s foundational framework guiding every initiative.

Networking

Connecting industry participants — pilots, operators, FBOs, and partners — for collaboration and shared opportunity across Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.

Safety & Advocacy

Championing operational standards and representing aviation interests before regulators, lawmakers, and the public.

Education & Workforce Development

Building local talent through training, scholarships, and STEM programs that prepare the next generation of aviation professionals.

Growth & Giving Back

Expanding the economic impact of business aviation while reinvesting in the community we serve.

What We Stand For

Safety First

Trusted safety resources and preparedness guidance that help members stay informed — especially during hurricane season.

Community & Collaboration

A trusted network connecting professionals, operators, and industry partners across Puerto Rico and beyond.

Integrity & Advocacy

A unified voice championing the interests of business aviation with regulators, airports, and policymakers.

Empowerment & Giving Back

Dedicated to uplifting the next generation of local aviators through youth outreach, scholarships, and charitable initiatives.
